Case of chemical sewage plant

The sewage of the chemical plant contains more chemical components and impurities, and the treatment is not as simple as the general sewage. In particular, the sludge dewatering link is required to meet the corresponding operating conditions before it can be treated by the modern high-automatic screw stacker.

1. It is suitable for flocculation. After adding flocculant, the sludge and sewage mixture can be flocculated into groups and piles, and the sludge and water can be clearly separated, which means that the sludge can be deslimed by screw stacker, and the sludge is also ideal;
2. In case of biochemical treatment, there is sewage after biochemical treatment by other processes at the front end, which contains high concentration of organic matter, sewage with less inorganic matter, and no impurities such as sand and stones with high hardness, so the equipment will not be damaged;
3. The sludge processed by the traditional filter press is relatively dry, which is also a condition for the use of screw stacker. The purpose of the filter press equipment is the same, and the screw stacker processed by the filter press can be basically disposed of.
